Campfire tonight

Cubs and scouts round the campfire tonight.

Wednesday afternoon

Been swimming in the pool. Sunshine and showers. The scouts will be building a campfire this afternoon for us all to light and sing round. Here's hoping the weather holds for after dinner.

The sun has got his hat on

Just to show, the sun is out and it is beautiful here.

Scouts Kayaking

The scouts went kayaking today. It was raining again. But then, with them all falling in continually, the rain did not really matter. It has stopped again, here's hoping it's all finished

Cubs at Cadbury World

The cubs spent all day at Cadburys World today. Chocolate for all. And it seems that not one of them threw up in the minibus on the way back. Poor show says the scout leader. Game on says the cub leader.

Jubilee beacons

Were able this evening, to stand overlooking kidderminster and the malverns, and could see at least three jubilee beacons burning. Including the one at Pikes Pool, Where the scouts will be tomorrow. The cubs will be at Cadbury world.

Zip wire

All the cubs and scouts went down the zipwire this morning. This is what it looks like. They are lighting a jubilee beacon tonight

Monday mud

Just one way of dealing with the mud

Sunny monday

Rain has gone, sun is out. We are now dealing with wet stuff and muddy ground. It is amazing what a difference sunshine makes. Having great fun.

New tent is looking good. Typical sad scout leader

Wet day one. But spirits are high. The scouts have been for a walk in the rain, the cubs are grass sledging

Its 4pm, and everything is loaded. We have shopped, and all the food is in. I am just hoping that all the cubs and scouts bring small bags for the week. Toby
